About Us
A local business, built on your worst day
With over 10 years of experience and industry certifications, our local crews answer middle-of-the-night calls across the Upstate — and treat every flooded home like our own.

The A&E crew — certified local technicians
It started with one truck and a promise
Over 10 years ago, a neighbor's basement flooded the week before Christmas. The national chain that showed up said it would be nine days before they could start — then handed over a paperwork maze. We dried that house ourselves, bought a truck, and made a promise: no family in the Upstate waits overnight for help.
A decade on, that promise is a fleet of extraction trucks, a crew of IICRC-certified local technicians, and a 60-minute onsite guarantee we have never missed.
When you call A&E Restoration, you talk to us. When the truck arrives, we get out of it. And when the bill comes, it goes straight to your insurer — not your mailbox.
How we work
Local roots
Founded in Simpsonville over 10 years ago. The same local team answers the phones, runs the trucks, and signs every invoice.
Certified & accountable
IICRC-certified technicians on every job — and an owner onsite for every large loss, not a rotating cast of subcontractors.
Your advocate with insurers
We document like adjusters and bill insurers directly, so a bad day doesn't turn into a paperwork marathon.
Craft over volume
We take fewer jobs and finish them properly. Most of our work comes from referrals — we intend to keep it that way.
